Women's Trail Running Shoes SAUCONY XODUS ULTRA 4

Maximum cushioning and reliable grip for long trail adventures

Women's trail running shoes Saucony Xodus Ultra 4 are designed for runners who want to comfortably conquer long distances on uneven forest, rocky, and gravel trails. They combine maximum cushioning, responsive rebound, durable construction, and dependable grip, making them an excellent choice for everyday trail training, long runs, ultratrail challenges, and hiking.

Directly under the foot is a lightweight and responsive foam PWRRUN PB, which provides soft cushioning and efficient energy return. It is enveloped by a more stable frame made of foam PWRRUN, which increases durability, protection, and control on uneven terrain. The internal insert PWRRUN+ adds even more softness and comfort for hours of movement.

The full-coverage outsole with Vibram® MegaGrip rubber offers excellent grip on rocks, roots, soil, gravel, and other demanding surfaces. The 4-millimeter studs enable a reliable feel with ground contact without creating an overly aggressive sensation when running on groomed trails.

The durable mesh upper helps protect the foot from dirt and small debris, while lightweight reinforcements in more exposed areas increase wear resistance. The D-ring allows quick attachment of gaiters for extra protection on dusty, sandy, or rocky trails.

With a 6-millimeter drop and a high-cushioning platform, the model provides a comfortable and smooth stride even as distances lengthen. If you are looking for women's trail running shoes for long distances that combine cushioning, protection, and grip, Saucony Xodus Ultra 4 is an excellent choice.

PWRRUN Frame

A more responsive PWRRUN frame surrounds the softer core of PWRRUN PB, improving stability, protection, and durability of the shoe. The construction helps maintain control on uneven ground.

PWRRUN+ insert

The internal PWRRUN+ insert delivers additional cushioning, softness, and comfort directly under the foot.

Vibram® MegaGrip

A high-quality rubber compound provides reliable grip on wet and dry rocks, roots, forest trails, soil, and other varied surfaces.

4 mm studs

4-millimeter studs provide a good balance between grip on softer ground and smooth running on groomed trail surfaces.

Durable mesh upper

Durable technical mesh helps prevent dirt and small debris intrusion. Additional reinforcements increase protection in the most wear-prone areas.
