Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints and disputes
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaints handling system. Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing to the provider's address shown on the provider's website.
The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as court proceedings are concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main reason why a buyer/consumer does not bring a dispute before the court. The provider therefore does its utmost to ensure that any disputes are resolved amicably.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with the statutory provisions, Okmal d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
These arrangements derive from the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. The European online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so we no longer publish a link to it.
