Delivery method
- By post: delivery of goods ordered in the As Sport Outlet online shop is handled by our contractual partner GLS d.o.o. Once payment has been received, all orders are dispatched the same day or at the latest the next working day, provided the goods are in stock with us. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If the goods are not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery options as soon as possible, as set out in the terms of delivery.
- Personal collection is possible at our As Sport Outlet shop, Celovška cesta 172, 1000 Ljubljana, if you choose this option when ordering.
You can choose between payment by pro-forma invoice and by credit card.
Delivery costs
Slovenia
- Delivery is free for all orders over €100.00
- For orders below €100.00, delivery costs €5, a flat rate for the whole of Slovenia.
EU member states
- Delivery is free for all orders over €500.00
- For orders below €500.00, delivery costs €10.00, a flat rate for delivery to all EU member states.
We ship to other countries only by prior arrangement.
Stock and delivery times
In the As Sport Outlet online shop we offer items that are in stock with us or with the supplier or manufacturer. If an item is in stock with us, the option you selected will show “The item will be ready for dispatch in 3-7 working days”, which means the item will be dispatched to your address within the next three to seven (3-7) working days.
Because we sell items both in our physical shop and online, it may happen that an ordered item is no longer in stock. In that case you will be notified as soon as possible and your order/payment will be cancelled.

Delivery FAQ
Delivery within Slovenia with GLS (to your home or a GLS parcel locker) costs 5 € and is free for orders over 100 €. Pickup at our store at Celovška cesta 172 is free. Delivery to EU countries (GLS) costs 10 €; we ship to other countries only by prior arrangement.
If the goods are in stock, we ship orders the same day or at the latest the next business day after receiving your payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. GLS home delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Yes — choose store pickup. We will email you when your products are ready; you can pick them up at our store at Celovška cesta 172 in Ljubljana (Monday to Friday 10.00–19.00, Saturday 9.00–16.00; closed on Sundays and public holidays).
We ship to EU countries with GLS (10 €). We ship to other countries only by prior arrangement — email us at trgovina@assportoutlet.si.
