Steps to buy

The contract is concluded exclusively in the Slovenian language.

You can order items as a registered or unregistered user 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Once you have decided to buy an item and selected its option (where applicable), add it to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to basket” button. You can add as many items to the basket as you like, and remove them whenever you want. When your basket contains the items you have chosen, click the “Checkout” button.

Step 1: review your basket

In the first step you will see an overview of your basket. Here you can also remove products or change their quantity. If you want to empty the basket, click the “Empty basket” button. If you are interested in another product, you can go back to the shop by clicking the “Back to shop” button. You can also add a note to each product, which will be visible later when your order is processed. If you are sure you want to buy the items, click the “Continue” button.

Step 2: choose payment and delivery

In this step you choose the payment and delivery methods.

Step 3: review and confirm your order

In this step you have an overview of the whole order with all the purchase details. To continue, you must confirm that you agree to the general terms and conditions, which you can read by clicking the link. After reviewing the order, click the “Confirm purchase/order with obligation to pay” button to submit your order, and your purchase is complete. After placing the order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Step 4: order placed

This step shows all the details of your purchase, which you can also print if needed.

Discount code

If you have a discount code or a voucher code, you can enter it and click “Apply code”. If you are not yet a registered user, in this step you also enter the contact details for the invoice and the delivery address. In the tab you can choose to enter contact details for an individual or a company. To continue your purchase, click the “Continue” button.

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery when the parcel is delivered.
• By credit card Activa, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners,
• By bank transfer to the account of Okmal d.o.o. after a pro-forma invoice has been issued. When ordering, the buyer receives a pro-forma invoice by email, and the goods are dispatched once the funds have reached the seller's account.
• With a PAYPAL account
• With LEANPAY instalment payment

As Sport Outlet issues the buyer an invoice on a durable medium with itemised costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible. The sales contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile.
