INOV8 F-LITE™ 250 GREY/NEON YELLOW are versatile men's fitness sneakers designed for intense workouts, CrossFit, functional training, and weightlifting. An upgrade of the legendary F-LITE™ 235 model, it offers more flexibility, durability, and even better grip.
If you're looking for lightweight, stable, and responsive fitness shoes, this is an excellent choice.
The sole F-LITE™ V2 with STICKY rubber provides exceptional grip on various surfaces – from rubber flooring to gym hardwood. The stable design ensures safe contact with the ground during weightlifting, explosive jumps, and quick direction changes.
These are ideal men's shoes for CrossFit and functional training.
Weighing only 250 g, they provide more agility and less fatigue during training. The low 3 mm drop allows for a natural foot position and better ground contact during lifts.
The midsole made of Compressed EVA foam ensures a balance between cushioning and stability – just the right comfort for a wider range of training.
The DFB™ stabilization plate enhances support in the midfoot, which is crucial for:
✔️ squats
