What your loyalty is worth
1 point = €0.01 discount. What some point balances are worth:

Points can be redeemed from 100 points upwards, in any amount. Points are valid for 24 months.
How you collect points
The programme runs automatically — all you need to do is be signed in to your account when you buy.
- With purchases: 1 point for every €1 of product value. The basis is the amount including VAT after all discounts; delivery and payment charges are not counted.
- With reviews: 10 points for rating a product you bought.
How you redeem points
- Value: 1 point = €0.01 discount (100 points = €1).
- Threshold: you can start redeeming at 100 points, then any number you like.
- Maximum share: use points to pay for up to 100% of your order.
- Where: choose your points in the basket before completing your purchase — the discount is deducted straight away.
Where to see your balance
In My account → Loyalty points. Your balance is split into two parts:
- Pending: points from recent purchases that are still awaiting confirmation.
- Available: confirmed points you can spend right away.
Points from a purchase are confirmed once the order has been shipped and paid, and at the latest after 14 days. A cancelled order removes the points. Collected points are valid for 24 months.
Loyalty points FAQ
Once you have at least 100 points in your account (that equals a 1 € discount). Above this threshold, you can redeem any number of points — no need to wait for round amounts.

Yes — points are credited to your account, so you need to be signed in when making a purchase. Registration is free and places you under no obligation.
