ELAN Element 78 TI W RS skis 25/26 are designed for intermediate and advanced female skiers who want to improve their carving technique and confidently ski at higher speeds. They combine stability, reliable edge grip, and a forgiving enough response for comfortable all-day skiing.
The geometry, tailored to each length, provides an excellent balance between agility and stability. The width under the boot is 75 to 78 mm, allowing rapid transitions between edges on groomed pistes and sufficient stability in variable snow conditions.
The WaveMotion technology uses a three-dimensional wavy construction that enables lighter longitudinal bending of the skis while maintaining the necessary torsional stability. This helps the skier initiate the turn more easily, maintain balance, and control the skis more precisely through the entire arc.
The wooden core Dual Woodcore enhances energy transfer and stability, while the Mono Ti reinforcement increases responsiveness, edge grip, and steadiness at higher speeds. The skis remain approachable and easy to steer, yet offer enough sportiness for continued progression.
The EST Sidewall construction allows a more direct power transfer to the edges, and the Early Rise Rocker profile ensures a smooth and easy entry into the turn. The sintered high-speed base provides good glide, greater durability, and reliable performance in various snow conditions.
If you are looking for women's carving skis that combine confident control, stability, and sporty responsiveness, the Elan Element 78 TI W RS is an excellent choice for progressing on groomed slopes.
The SKIS INCLUDE ELAN EL 9.0 GW SHIFT BINDINGS IN THE RANGE OF DIN 2.5–9.
Bindings EL 9.0 GW Shift provide a reliable connection between boot and ski and efficient energy transfer. The GW designation means they also support GripWalk boot soles.
The Shift X system creates a balanced connection between ski and binding and allows adjustment of the bindings to different boot lengths.
For safety, bindings must be set by a trained ski technician according to boot length, body weight, height, age, and skiing ability.

The three-dimensional wavy design enables lighter longitudinal bending of the ski while providing good torsional stability. The result is easier start of turns, better control, and more efficient carving skiing.
The Dual Woodcore uses two wooden support elements along the edges of the core. The construction improves energy transfer to the edges, stability, and control while maintaining pleasant handling.
A single layer of titanium above the wooden core increases stability, responsiveness, and edge grip. It also helps reduce unwanted vibrations and keeps the skis calm at higher speeds.
The extended sidewall construction allows more direct energy transfer from the skier to the edges. It provides better grip, greater stability, and more precise ski steering.
The moderately lifted tip enables an easier and more fluid entry into the turn. The profile reduces the chance of edge catch and helps the skier transition smoothly between turns.
The sintered base provides excellent glide, good wax absorption, and greater durability. For optimal performance, regular servicing and waxing are recommended.
The Shift X system ensures a good balance between ski and binding, efficient energy transfer, and the ability to adapt bindings to different boot lengths.
