TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

The terms and conditions of the Okmal d.o.o. online store are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • The company’s identity (name, registered office, registration number)

  • Contact details that enable quick and effective communication (email, phone)

  • Essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties)

  • Availability of products (each product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time frame)

  • Conditions of delivery (method, place, and time of delivery)

  • All prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated, including information on whether they include taxes and delivery costs

  • Methods of payment and delivery

  • The period of validity of the offer

  • The period during which withdrawal from the contract is possible and the terms of such withdrawal, including any return costs

  • The complaint handling process, including contact information for customer service


PRICES

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have pre-defined validity.

Despite efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, or if the price changes during order processing, As Sport Outlet will allow the customer to cancel the purchase or offer a satisfactory alternative.

A sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order and the customer receives an email confirmation. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed for both parties.

Prices in the online store may differ from prices in our physical store at Celovška cesta 172, Ljubljana.


PURCHASE PROCESS

The contract is concluded exclusively in Slovenian.

Products can be ordered by both registered and unregistered users 24/7. When you decide to purchase an item, select the desired option (if applicable) and click “Add to cart.” You can add or remove products at any time. When ready, click “Checkout.”

STEP 1: REVIEW CART
You can review, modify, or empty your cart. You can also add notes for individual items. Once satisfied, click “Continue.”

STEP 2: PAYMENT AND DELIVERY METHOD
Select your preferred payment and delivery method.

STEP 3: REVIEW AND CONFIRM ORDER
Review all order details and confirm that you agree with the Terms and Conditions. Click “Confirm purchase/order with payment obligation” to finalize. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details.

STEP 4: ORDER PLACED
Order details will be displayed and can be printed for your records.


PAYMENT METHODS

  • Cash on delivery

  • Credit cards: Activa, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners

  • Bank transfer (prepayment to Okmal d.o.o. after receiving a proforma invoice)

  • PayPal

  • LeyPay installment payment

As Sport Outlet issues an invoice with itemized costs and instructions for withdrawal or product return. The sales contract is stored electronically on the provider’s server and is available to the customer at any time via their user account.


DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery is handled by our contractual partner GLS d.o.o. Orders are shipped the same or next business day after payment, if in stock. No shipping is done on weekends or public holidays. If the product is not in stock, the customer will be informed promptly.

Personal pickup is available at As Sport Outlet, Celovška cesta 172, Ljubljana. You may choose this option during checkout.


DELIVERY COSTS

Slovenia

  • Free delivery for orders over €100

  • Orders below €100: €5 flat rate

EU Member States

  • Free delivery for orders over €850

  • Orders below €850: €10 flat rate

Shipping to non-EU countries is possible only by prior arrangement.


STOCK AND DELIVERY TIME

Products listed are in stock at our warehouse or with our suppliers.
If in stock, the notice “Item will be prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days” applies, meaning it will be shipped within that time.


DISCOUNT CODES

If you have a discount or gift code, enter it and click “Apply code.”
At this stage, you also enter billing and delivery details. You can specify whether you are purchasing as an individual or a company.


RETURN OF GOODS

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason by sending written notice to trgovina@assportoutlet.si.
The withdrawal form is available HERE.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the withdrawal and bears the direct return costs. The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging, with a copy of the order attached. The provider refunds the purchase price (excluding postage) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.


RETURNS AS COMPLAINTS

If the delivered goods do not match the order (wrong item, color, quantity, or defective), the customer can file a complaint.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If the package is physically damaged, missing content, or appears tampered with, the customer must initiate a complaint with Pošta Slovenije or GLS. We will help ensure the claim is resolved as quickly as possible.


MATERIAL DEFECTS

The consumer may claim a material defect if they notify the seller within two months of discovering it. The defect must be described precisely, and the seller must be allowed to inspect the product.

The seller is responsible for defects that appear within two years from delivery and must respond to the claim within 8 days.

Material defects are defined by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) as follows:

  • The item does not have the properties required for normal use or trade;

  • The item lacks properties needed for a specific use known to the seller;

  • The item does not match agreed-upon qualities or standards;

  • The seller delivered goods that do not match the sample or model shown.


WARRANTY

Manufacturers are legally required to provide a warranty for defect-free operation.
The warranty can be claimed directly from the manufacturer or an authorized service center using the warranty card and the seller’s invoice.

Repairs must be carried out within 45 days of receiving the goods; otherwise, the item must be replaced. Warranty claims can also be made via the seller under the same terms. Shipping costs are covered by the sender unless otherwise agreed.


COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection laws and strives to establish an efficient complaint-handling system. Complaints can be submitted via email or in writing to the company’s address listed on the website.

The provider recognizes that the cost of court proceedings is often disproportionate to the value of consumer claims, so every effort will be made to resolve disputes amicably.


NOTIFICATIONS

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to occasional notifications about promotions and updates via digital channels such as email, SMS, Viber, or WhatsApp.


DATA PROTECTION

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all user personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP).
Data will be used solely for order processing and to inform customers about promotions and new offers. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior explicit consent.


OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with legislation, Okmal d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving disputes that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
