Elan Primetime 55+ are powerful carving skis for groomed runs, designed for skiers who want to combine precise edge grip, stability, and more support underfoot. The wider 74-millimeter platform provides reliable balance and a calm ride, while the shorter radius keeps the skis agile and responsive when transitioning quickly from turn to turn.

The PowerMatch technology adjusts the construction to the loading pattern of the inner and outer edges. A stronger inner part of the ski provides better grip and stability, while the lighter outer part allows easier steering and smooth turn transitions.

The Dual Density wood core, combined with two layers of titanium Dual Ti, provides strong responsiveness, progressive flex, and excellent control even at higher speeds. The RST Sidewall construction efficiently transmits energy to the edges, and the Amphibio profile combines the precision of camber with easy entry into a turn thanks to rocker.

The model is an excellent choice for intermediate to advanced skiers who are looking for stable skis with bindings, a pronounced carving feel, and a slightly wider and more versatile platform.

The skis come with EMX 12.0 GW FUSION X bindings with a DIN adjustment range of 3.5–12.

PowerMatch

Dual Density Woodcore
The wooden core uses materials with different densities. The stiffer section along the inner edge provides power, while the lighter outer part reduces weight and improves agility.

RST Sidewall
The sidewall construction allows efficient energy transfer to the edge and reliable grip along the full length of the ski.

Amphibio profile
The inner edge with a camber profile provides precision and stability, while the outer rocker profile eases the start of the turn. The left and right skis are therefore constructionally specific.
