ELAN Primetime 55+ Black Edition 25/26 skis are designed for strong, confident, and technically skilled skiers who, on groomed slopes, seek the ultimate combination of precision, stability, and comfort. A wider platform underfoot provides more support and a calmer ride without losing the characteristic responsiveness of the Primetime collection.

With a width of 74 mm underfoot, these Elan carving skis are somewhat wider than typical competition-oriented models. They ensure smooth transitions between turns, better stability in variable snow conditions, and a lot of confidence at higher speeds.

The PowerMatch technology adapts the ski construction to the mode of power transfer to the snow. A stronger inner edge provides reliable grip and precision, while the lighter outer part ensures a more intuitive start of the turn and smooth edge-to-edge transitions.

The wooden core Dual Density Woodcore is reinforced with two layers of titanals Dual Ti and single-direction UD carbon fibers. This construction provides strong response, excellent torsional stability, and reliable grip on hard or icy surfaces.

The Amphibio profile combines camber on the inner edge for precision and stability with rocker on the outer edge for an easier start to the turn. The skis therefore offer athletic performance while remaining smooth and predictable throughout the entire turn.

Refined Black Edition graphics complement the technically refined construction and give the skis an elegant, exclusive look.

Ski with bindings

The skis come with EMX 12.0 GW FUSION X bindings with a DIN range of 3.5–12.

The Fusion X system provides direct power transfer, natural ski flex, and precise control through the turn. Bindings labeled GW are also compatible with GripWalk sole ski boots.

Binding adjustments according to boot length, body weight, height, age, and skier ability must be carried out by a trained ski technician for safety.

Technologies

PowerMatch

PowerMatch technology aligns the ski construction with how the skier transfers power to the snow. A stronger inner edge provides stability, responsiveness, and grip, while the lighter outer side allows an easier start to the turn.

Dual Density Woodcore

The wooden core with varying material densities provides more power along the inner edge and less weight on the outer side. The result is better grip, stability, and seamless turn-to-turn transitions.

Dual Ti

Two layers of titanals increase torsional stiffness, precision, and stability. The construction delivers strong response and excellent control at fast, sporty skiing.

UD Carbon

One-direction carbon fibers increase the ski’s responsiveness and dynamism without adding excessive weight to the structure.

Amphibio

The asymmetric profile combines camber on the inner edge for precision and grip with rocker on the outer edge for easier turning. The left and right skis are thus structurally adapted to their respective sides.

RST Racing Sidewall

Vertical sidewalls enable efficient energy transfer to the edges and reliable grip along the entire length of the ski.

Fusion X

Fusion X is a light and responsive binding system that allows natural ski flex and direct power transfer between the boot, binding, and edges.
