ELAN Primetime 44 FX 2024/2025 are designed for good and excellent skiers who on groomed runs seek the perfect balance between power, precision, and playful handling. The narrow construction enables rapid edge-to-edge transitions, and the sportier reinforcement provides stability and reliable grip even at higher speeds.

The 69 mm width under the ski boot enables an exceptionally quick edge-to-edge transition, direct feel, and precise steering through a turn. The skis are an excellent choice for short to medium-length carving turns and skiers who want sporty performance without an overly demanding competitive character.

The PowerMatch technology adapts the ski construction to how the skier transfers power to the snow. A stronger inner rail provides stability, grip, and responsiveness, while the lighter outer part enables a more intuitive start to the turn and smooth direction changes.

The Dual Density Woodcore combines materials of different densities, and the Mono Ti reinforcement increases stability and edge grip. This construction allows for a strong response without making the skis too rigid or tiring for all-day use.

The Amphibio profile combines camber on the inner edge for precision and stability and rocker on the outer edge for easier turning. The Fusion X bindings enable a natural and energetic bend of the ski and improve power transfer.

The skis include EMX 12.0 GW FUSION X bindings with a DIN range of 3.5–12.

The Fusion X system ensures direct power transfer, natural ski bend, and precise control throughout the entire turn. The GW designation means support for GripWalk-compatible ski boots with a contoured outsole.

Binding adjustments based on boot length, body weight, height, age, and skier ability must be performed by a qualified ski technician for safety.

PowerMatch

PowerMatch technology aligns the ski construction with the way power is transferred to the snow. The stronger inner edge provides stability, grip, and responsiveness, while the lighter outer part enables more intuitive turning.

Dual Density Woodcore

The wooden core uses denser, stronger materials along the inner edge and lighter wood on the outer side. The result is more power where needed and easier transitions between turns.

Mono Ti

A single layer of titanium increases stability, torsional stiffness, and edge grip. The skis thus maintain sporty responsiveness while remaining more comfortable and approachable than more demanding dual-titanal constructions.

Amphibio

The asymmetric profile combines camber on the inner edge for precision, stability, and grip, with rocker on the outer edge for an easier start to the turn. The left and right skis are constructionally tailored to their respective sides.

RST Racing Sidewall

Vertical sidewalls ensure efficient power transfer to the edges and reliable grip along the full length of the ski.

Fusion X
