ELAN Maxx Blue JR skis 25/26 are intended for the youngest skiers who are learning their first turns or want to confidently upgrade their skiing skills. A construction adapted for children enables easy control, effortless turning, and faster development of correct skiing technique.
Elan's patented technology U-Flex provides up to 25% softer bend compared to standard children's skis. A child can bend the ski more easily under the foot, engage the edges, and at lower speeds feel the basics of carving skiing.
The light core Synflex Core reduces the overall weight of the ski and ensures a soft, child-friendly bend. The Full Power Cap construction provides a uniform response, improves durability, and helps the child maintain control even with minor technical mistakes.
The profile Early Rise Rocker with a slightly raised tip eases entry into the turn and reduces the chance of edge-catching. The reinforcement of fiberglass Fibreglass provides the necessary stability without making the skis too heavy or demanding.
The Junior Shift system is designed specifically for children's skis and enables a balanced connection between the ski, binding, and ski boot. The blue graphic design gives the Maxx Blue model a sporty and recognizable look.
If you are looking for children's skis with bindings that ease learning and help a child quickly gain confidence on the snow, the Elan Maxx Blue JR is an excellent choice for ski schools, family ski days, and first independent turns.
THE BINDINGS BELONGING TO ELAN SKIS DIFFER ACCORDING TO THE SELECTED SKI LENGTH.
Lengths 70–120 cm: bindings EL 4.5 GW CA JRS, DIN 0.75–4.5
Lengths 130–150 cm: bindings EL 7.5 GW CA JRS, DIN 2–7.5
Both binding variants are designed specifically for children and youth. The label GW means that bindings also support appropriate children's ski boots with GripWalk outsole.
The Junior Shift system allows adjusting bindings to different boot lengths and ensures an effective and balanced transfer of the child's movements to the skis.
Bindings and their mounting are included in the price.

Patented U-Flex technology enables up to 25% softer ski bend. A child can load and bend the ski more easily, thus quicker mastering of turning, edge use, and correct skiing posture.
Raising the tip slightly allows easier and smoother entry into the turn. The profile reduces edge-catching and helps the child maintain balance.
Light synthetic core uses materials of varying densities to provide children with a tailored bend, low weight, and predictable response.
The Full Power Cap construction enables a uniform bend and easy handling of the skis. Due to its low weight and greater forgiveness, it is suitable for children learning the basics of skiing.
The fibreglass reinforcement improves structural and torsional stability. The skis remain light but stable enough for safe and confident progression.
The extruded base is durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for regular children's skiing.
The Junior Shift system provides a balanced connection between skis and bindings. It enables adjustment to different boot lengths and efficient transfer of the child’s movements to the skis.
