SIDAS COMFORT ski socks are technically anatomically shaped socks designed for skiers who want warmth, comfort, protection, and good breathability throughout the day on the slopes. A thoughtful combination of merino wool, recycled and technical fibers helps maintain a pleasant foot temperature and effectively wicks away moisture.

The special sock construction includes targeted padded and protected areas on the toes, heel, and shank – the areas where the ski boot exerts the most pressure while skiing. Locally adjusted knitting thickness provides additional cushioning and helps increase comfort during long days in the snow.

An important part of the composition is merino wool, which naturally helps regulate temperature and wick moisture. In combination with technical fibers, it keeps feet warm and pleasantly dry even during longer use.

The In & Out Construction technology reduces the amount of excess yarns and material overlaps on the inside of the sock. The result is a smoother contact with the foot, fewer irritating pressure points, and a better feel in the ski boot.

The socks have moderate tension and mid-thickness, which allows a good fit to the foot and to the ski boot without unnecessary constriction. Dense knitting with 156 needles ensures precise anatomical construction and a comfortable grip on the foot.

In & Out Construction

The In & Out Construction technology is designed to reduce unnecessary material overlaps and bothersome threads on the inside of the sock.

A smoother inner surface improves direct contact with the foot and reduces the chance of uncomfortable pressure points in a snug ski boot.

EcoTech Construction

EcoTech Construction includes the use of recycled fibers. SIDAS COMFORT contain recycled polyamide, which complements the technical properties of the socks and reduces the use of new synthetic raw materials.

Merino Wool

Merino wool helps provide warmth and effective moisture management. Due to its natural properties, it is highly suitable for ski socks where maintaining a comfortable foot temperature during long days on the slopes is important.

In the SIDAS COMFORT model, merino wool accounts for 10% of the total composition.

Targeted Padding

The socks have specially protected areas on the toes, heel, and shank. A special knitting method is used in these areas to locally increase the thickness of the sock.

This improves cushioning at the points where the ski boot exerts the most pressure.
