Dynamic cushioning
With a new, lighter construction and improved DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, it offers even smoother transitions and a seamless running experience. The midsole with DNA LOFT v3, filled with nitrogen, provides the optimal combination of softness, low weight, and durability, comparable to the Glycerin 21 model, but with slightly less cushioning. Compared to the previous version, the Ghost 16 is lighter by 17 g, contributing to better responsiveness.

Lightweight transitions
Segmented Crash Pad allows for a natural and fluid transition from the second to the third phase of the step, ensuring an even smoother run.

Improved upper fit
The upper of the shoe is made from mesh with 3D Fit Print technology, ensuring a perfect fit, high breathability, and secure support. Additional comfort is provided by a breathable tongue and an adaptable structure that conforms to the foot.
